Not perfect but had some solid moments.
I’m more negative on Unit 234 than the review is. The movie keeps hinting at something stronger than what it actually delivers. The pacing kept sagging just when it needed momentum, which made the whole thing feel longer than it was. A couple cool ideas can’t save the overall experience.
This didn’t really land for me overall, but I can see why some people like it.
There’s a lot to like here, but also a lot that holds it back from being great.
