This one actually worked for me.
Iām pretty much with this take on The Shining. It builds its mood early and keeps squeezing that tension the whole way. Itās the kind of movie where the style and tone are doing real work, not just decorating the frame. It earns the good will by actually delivering on the mood it promises.
