Directed by Adam Finberg
Quick Hit
Star People leans into tension and unpredictability, delivering a solid genre hit.
Full Take
Star People builds atmosphere with a steady hand, mixing suspense and character pressure into something that keeps you locked in. It’s not reinventing the genre, but it delivers enough intensity and style to make it worth your time.

meh 😐
Not perfect but had some solid moments.
There’s a lot to like here, but also a lot that holds it back from being great.

This didn’t really land for me overall, but I can see why some people like it.

I actually agree with this take. It’s not perfect but it definitely delivers in key moments.

I’m more negative on Star People than the review is. There are some interesting pieces in there, but none of them come together in a way that really grabbed me. The pacing kept sagging just when it needed momentum, which made the whole thing feel longer than it was. A couple cool ideas can’t save the overall experience.

Kinda mixed but I get the appeal.
