REC 2 leans hard into found footage energy, and Jaume BalaguerĂł & Paco Plaza keeps the tone fast without letting the movie drift. The craft is sharp, the mood is nasty, and the pressure keeps building until the whole thing snaps. It may not be for everybody, but it definitely has teeth.
