Kinda mixed but I get the appeal.
I’m pretty much with this take on Paths of Glory. The movie knows exactly what lane it wants to sit in and commits to it. The best thing here is the way the pressure keeps stacking without it feeling forced. There are a few rough spots, but overall it absolutely works.
