Thereās a lot to like here, but also a lot that holds it back from being great.

Iām more negative on Nonnas than the review is. It has a setup that sounds better on paper than it plays on screen. The pacing kept sagging just when it needed momentum, which made the whole thing feel longer than it was. So even with a few decent moments, I still came away underwhelmed.
