Mute Witness (1995)
Directed by Anthony Waller
Quick Hit
Mute Witness unfolds like a nerve-shredding thriller—tense, slick, and never wastes a scare.
Full Take
Mute Witness leans hard into thriller energy, and Anthony Waller keeps the tone tense without letting the movie drift. This one understands that tension beats noise, so it keeps tightening the screws until you're stuck in it. It may not be for everybody, but it definitely has teeth.

Not perfect but had some solid moments.
This one actually worked for me.
wtf 😳
Kinda mixed but I get the appeal.

I’m more negative on Mute Witness than the review is. The movie keeps hinting at something stronger than what it actually delivers. The pacing kept sagging just when it needed momentum, which made the whole thing feel longer than it was. A couple cool ideas can’t save the overall experience.

I actually agree with this take. It’s not perfect but it definitely delivers in key moments.
This didn’t really land for me overall, but I can see why some people like it.
