Friendship (2025)
Directed by Andrew DeYoung
Quick Hit
Friendship leans into tension and unpredictability, delivering a solid genre hit.
Full Take
Friendship builds atmosphere with a steady hand, mixing suspense and character pressure into something that keeps you locked in. It’s not reinventing the genre, but it delivers enough intensity and style to make it worth your time.

This one actually worked for me.
Not perfect but had some solid moments.

solid 👍
There’s a lot to like here, but also a lot that holds it back from being great.

meh 😐
I’m more negative on Friendship than the review is. The movie keeps hinting at something stronger than what it actually delivers. The pacing kept sagging just when it needed momentum, which made the whole thing feel longer than it was. A couple cool ideas can’t save the overall experience.
